We make every effort to troubleshoot potential problems, but cannot be held responsible for files we do not create. This includes, but is not limited to content, resolution of raster data or image ability of client files. In addition, we cannot assume any responsibility for poorly created files. We can only troubleshoot "technical" file attributes, not edit or "second guess" the graphic content of client files. Fonts, scans and any other reference files must be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged.

We assume no responsibility for output discrepancies in files submitted without proofs. Because of variations in monitors, imaging equipment and processing, "colour critical" files require a test image. We assume no responsibility for undesirable colour output if no colour test is requested.

Imaging orders are subject to output time constraints. We reserve the right to interrupt output of files that appear corrupt, cause system malfunctions or involve unusually long output time. Please establish the compatibility of your files before requesting services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or erased files or incompatible media. Please make sure all files are archived elsewhere.

We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.

Speedpro Sidney does not apply nor obtain permission for permits from the municipality or city on behalf of our clients for exterior signs. It is the sole responsability of our clients.
